How will the exam be held due to the precedent in the country? CUET on 15th July and Neet on 17th July
Floods have occurred in many states of the country due to rains and in this way the question has arisen as to how the NEET-UG for admission to MBBS, BDS and CUET for admission to national universities will be conducted. Along with Maharashtra, many states including Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka have experienced floods due to rains. So far, more than 150 people have died across the country and the students of the flood-hit areas are facing the challenge of facing the exams. Meanwhile, a petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court for the postponement of the 'NEET' examination and the hearing of this petition will be held tomorrow.
The CUET will be held on July 15 and the exam will be held on July 17. CUET will be conducted at 544 cities across the country and NEET at 546 cities. Red and orange alerts have been issued for the next three to four days due to rains in several districts of Maharashtra. Many dams and bridges have been submerged and cities and villages have been cut off. Therefore, the question has arisen as to how the examination will be held in the flood-hit areas. The National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts the exams, has challenged students to prepare for the exams without any stress. The precedent is changing. Students should contact the local district administration from time to time and follow their instructions, the NTA clarified. The NTA also clarified that a separate decision would be taken for such students if they could not take the exam due to precedent.
