Under the National Health Mission Program in Vadodara Municipal Corporation, only online applications are invited for the temporary recruitment of those who are under 11 months contract at the following places in Urban Health. 3.Educational Information: Fill in the OTHER1 and computer course information in OTHER2 if the educational information for each post is not included in the education qualification details.
4. Age Limit: No more than every year as well as retired candidates will be able to apply for seats 1, 7,8and 9. For seats 2, 3 and 4 - No more than 45 years as well as retired candidate will not be able to apply. For seats No.5and 6 Candidates over 40 years of age as well as retired candidates will not be able to apply.
5. The details filled by the candidate in the prescribed application form will be considered final for the entire recruitment process and his proofs will have to be submitted in the original when requested by the office otherwise the application form which will be considered canceled at that stage.
6. Candidate must have passed CCC + / CCC level computer course corresponding to the place from government recognized institute.
