👉Through the implementation of Gujarat Widow Pension Assistance Scheme, all the widows of the state of Gujarat will be helped financially and money will be provided. The main objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to all widows who are unable to support their families due to lack of education or because they are below the poverty line. All widows will be encouraged to have a healthy lifestyle in the near future, to become self-reliant and to further their child's education.

👉Gujarat Widow Pension Assistance Scheme has been renamed as Ganga Swarup Yojana.
👉Beneficiary women under this scheme will get Rs. 1250 per month as pension.
👉Beneficiary's pension amount will be deposited directly in the beneficiary's bank.
👉 Under this scheme, about 3.70 lakh widows will benefit in 33 districts of the state.
👉 The amount of this pension will be credited in the first week of each month.
👉 The Chief Minister of Gujarat has also launched the National Social Assistance Program Portal to facilitate direct bank transfer of pension to the beneficiary's account.
👉The Gujarat government has also doubled the annual income eligibility criteria for beneficiaries living in both rural and urban areas.
👉 The annual income eligibility criteria for rural areas is now Rs. 120,000 and in urban areas it is Rs. 150,000.
👉 Now the number of beneficiaries has also been increased from 1.64 lakh to 3.70 lakh

👉The Gujarat Widow Assistance Scheme has many advantages and its main advantage is the availability of financial funds, which will be transferred directly to the beneficiary's bank account. The scheme is a 100% government funded scheme which does not require any payment from their pockets. Every benefit that will be distributed to the beneficiaries is made directly from the funds of Gujarat State.

👉Standard of qualification
👉To be eligible in Gujarat Widow Assistance Scheme, you have to follow the following basic eligibility criteria: -
👉Applicant must be a resident of Gujarat State
👉 The age of the applicant should be 18 to 60 years in any place.

👉Select the Jan Seva Kendra Form option from the drop-down list
