👉( 1) First you need to install Voter Helpline application in your mobile. Which you can download from playstore and appstore.
👉(2) After installing the application, open it and you will see the page as shown below in which you can login, register. If you want to apply for election card without logging in, you can Skip Login.
👉( 3) After Skip Login you will see the page as shown below
👉In which you have to click on Explore, then click on Apply Online (New), then click on New Voter Registration pr.
How to download election card?

How to check status for election card
