Documents required for income proof 


 Examples of income


 First of all, find out the proof of income proof.


 1) Aadhar card of the applicant


 2) Ration card of the applicant


 2) Last lightbill / wearable of the applicant (lease agreement if rented) 2) Aadhar card of 2 adult neighbors around the applicant's residence (to make a commission)

 Collect every document, xerox all proof of identity and get notarized signature-coins.  And to keep up with the original evidence.


 The process of applying for income proof


  Go to Digital Gujarat Portal and take online appointment.  (If applicable in your zone or district.)


 Obtain the receipt and proof of the appointment from the Mamlatdar's office and civic amenity center in his area and get the income proof form (free of cost).


  After filling the form ૩.  Fill in the blanks on the front page of the court fee ticket form.  And pinning all other documents with Xerox form.  


After completing the form process go to the Mamlatdarshree's office or civic amenity center in your area


 Go to the Talati cum Minister of your area to get all the documents checked, answered and signed coins.  (Talatishri may call witnesses in person to conduct commission if necessary)


  After getting the signature coins of Talatishri, go to the place where the photo was taken for income proof.  • Paying a nominal key at the place of taking a photo for income sample, grabbing the quota and getting the receipt accurately.


See the date of receipt of income proof in the receipt and get your income proof on that date.  Special Note: As per the resolution of Gujarat Government, the time limit for income tax has been fixed at 3 years (financial year).  So save and keep properly.

 Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana <<<


 In the sense of individual new construction under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana


 Subsidy / Assistance


 Scheme: "Housing for all" Housing Core All Mission has been announced by the Central Government on 5-08-2017 for the reconstruction of slum free and dilapidated houses in rural and urban areas of the country till the year 2022.


 Overview and features of the scheme


 Beneficiary defined as a family consisting of husband, wife and unmarried children.  સહાય Assistance for the purpose of construction of housing for persons owning their own land, family with a combined annual income limit of up to • 3.3 lakh.


 Beneficiary must have Aadhaar card and bank account number.  અઠવા Housing is to be done in the name of the head of the family in the joint name of the head of the family and his wife.


 The beneficiary will have to construct the accommodation as per NBC code and local GDCR.


 The scope of the scheme


 • The beneficiary owns 50.00 sq.m. on open land owned by him.  Can build a new pucca house up to carpet area. - 30,000 sq.m.  Beneficiary will be eligible for assistance for construction of building up to carpet area.  Receivable Psy

 • If your or your family's name is not in the list of Pradhan Mantri Jana Arogya Yojana, then you can take advantage of Amrutam / Vatsalya Yojana in Gujarat Government.  The time limit of the 5th card is equal to the time limit of the income sample submitted.  Hence the pattern of income


 At the end of the period, make it new and go to the Maa Card Center and submit the new pattern and get the Maa card renewed.

 • In exceptional cases, if more than one daughter is born in the family during the second and third childbirth and the number of daughters of the couple is more than three, then all the daughters will get the benefit of this scheme.  મુજબ As per the provisions of the Child Marriage Prohibition Act, 2006, only daughters of married couples who have reached adulthood.

 Pradhan Mantri Sukanya Samrudhi Yojana



 Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Sukanya Samrudhi Yojana in January, 2015 in the Save Betty-Betty Padhao Campaign to make the daughters of the country self reliant and uplifted.  It has now secured the future of every girl child in the country.  An account is opened for daughters under Sukanya Samrudhi Yojana.  It is very easy to open this account.  Normally a PPF account is opened, there you can open an account in the name of daughter in a bank or post office.  The scheme is designed for the bright and secure future of the girls.  This will ensure that they complete their education and arrange marriage expenses when they turn 18 years old.  To the girls of this scheme and their parents



 Has been implemented to provide financial security.  In which higher interest rate has been arranged with less investment.


1. You can deposit a minimum of 250 and a maximum of one and a half lakh rupees per year.


  What is the peculiarity?


  2. You get interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum on the deposit.


  .  According to the new rule, 100 per cent amount can be withdrawn on the marriage of a daughter.


  4. Deposits are tax deductible under 80-C.  5. No interest after daughter turns 21.


  How to open an account?


  You go to your nearest post office and go there and fill the corm of Sukanya Samrudhi Yojana.  Apart from that you can also download this corm from internet or India Post website.  Fill the quorum with the photograph of the daughter and submit it to the post office,

  Standard of eligibility


  Under this scheme all orphan children between the ages of 0 to 15 years living in Gujarat will be eligible to get benefits to their children whose parents do not exist.  To children whose father has died and whose mother has remarried
